This is the finished product, your model. The specific, focused, and well established target. During this Action Step, participants will edit, clarify, and focus the specifically outlined goals they established during Action Step #3, and create a working model. This model will serve as a continuous visual reference that will be used to monitor progress and celebrate accomplishments. Work sheets and instructional will be available for download. Print as many as you like. You may share them with your friends, family or clients. However, they are the intellectual property of, The Goal-active Coach, and must display The Goal-active Coach Logo. Participants are encouraged to submit their completed goal sheet, action step #4, for evaluation. Evaluations are FREE and are submitted to, The Goal-active Coach.
